Pool & Playground
Jay Beland, 774-9475, heads the committee that oversees the pool and
playground area. We also need more committee members so call Jay.
Grounds & Architectural Standards Committee
Overseeing the trees, common areas, and more is all part of
this committee lead by Gary Miller, 774-0463. The ASC also ensures that all changes to the
outside of homes meet the standards set by the covenants, protecting your
property value and the aesthetic look of the neighborhood. We need people to
help with this committee. Please call Gary.
Covenants & Ponds
Roger Hintz, 523-2619, and Marc Keyser, 914-5322, guide the committee that ensures our ponds and fountains are
working well, and that Oakmont covenants are followed properly.
